January 2026 – UPM partners with the American Red Cross for CPR training at the corporate office. Our site team members have been getting certified since 2017 in CPR.
April 2026 – United Property Management celebrates its 50th anniversary. The Milton Family celebrated the organization and Cecil’s and Frank’s birthdays at E. Albert Pallot Park.
April 2026 – Jose Milton Field’s Baseball Scoreboard was unveiled at Glades Middle School, honoring Founder Jose Milton’s love of baseball.
April 2026 - José Milton Family Foundation and United Property Management were proud sponsors of the Annual Hialeah Police Gala.
June 2026 - Miami-Dade County Tax Collector, Dariel Fernandez, brought its Mobile Office to our communities, providing residents with convenient access to a variety of essential services, including driver’s license renewals and replacements, Florida identification cards, disabled parking permits, and many other services offered through the Tax Collector’s Office.
June 2026 - Representing the José Milton Foundation, Daniella Milton presented the Foundation’s Advancing Women in STEM Scholarship at the Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida Gold and Silver Awards Ceremony, recognizing an outstanding Gold Award recipient and reaffirming the Foundation’s commitment to supporting the next generation of women leaders in STEM.
February 2025 - Fundraiser for Jessica Younis Milton’s Women of Impact Campaign for the American Heart Association at Miami Bay Waterfront Midtown Residences.
March 2025 – Brickell West City Rentals held a yoga session to raise funds in support of the American Heart Association Women of Impact Campaign, led by Jessy Younis Milton.
April 2025 – UPM Team attends the annual NAA Conference in Las Vegas.
April 2025 – UPM Team Members participate in the Lexus Corporate Run through downtown Miami, winning an award for our jersey. Way to go, team!
June 2025 – The Intracoastal Yacht Club Team partnered with artists, including our Chief Engineer, Addiel Gonzalez, to create an art gallery in our Clubhouse.
July 2025 – The Annual UPM Summer Retreat in Key Largo involved teambuilding across our many different community and administrative teams.
August 2025 - UPM partnered with the Lauderhill Police Department to donate dozens of backpacks and essential supplies to the students attending Royal Palm STEM Magnet Elementary in Broward County.
September 2025 – The UPM managers and leaders attended Ritz Carlton leadership training, focused on the values that allow organizations to truly succeed and shape an organization’s culture.

November 2025 – United Property Management partners with the Tax Collector to help residents renew their Driver’s Licenses on-site at Fontainebleau Milton Apartments.
December 2025 – UPM celebrates its annual Holiday Party at the Rusty Pelican.

May 2023 – Joseph Milton is honored to have been appointed one of Twelve Good Men by the Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida and is celebrated at their luncheon.
May 2023 – UPM partnered with Lisa Trosien for a leasing seminar at our newest community, Sea View at Dania Beach.

September 2023 – The Intracoastal Yacht Club Team partnered with local artists to transform the clubhouse into a Blue & Gold Art Exhibit.
March 2022 – This iconic domino monument debuted at José Milton Park in E. Albert Pallot Park, neighboring Miami Bay Midtown Waterfront Residences and beautifying the area.
October 2020 - Bronze bust of José Milton is unveiled at Gateway Park in Sunny Isles Beach. United Property Management donated to refurbish the park leading into Sunny Isles.

January 2017 – Miami-Dade County officially designated 9500 Fontainebleau Boulevard, the road leading into our founder’s largest community, Fontainebleau Milton Apartments, as ‘Jose Milton Way’, honoring founder Jose Milton.
